This £500,000 refurbishment was completed early in 2012. It is a stunning Grade I Listed Elizabethan manor in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. Every effort was made to preserve the character of the building. All rooms within the building were redecorated in keeping with the heritage style of the building. All of the alterations to the original building match the original features such as architraves and panelling.
The aim was to make alterations to the building in order to cater for the needs of all visitors and create a 76 bed hostel. The hostel appeals to a wide spectrum of customers, both families and individuals as well as being used as an education facility focusing on school groups.
